On the celebration of its 20th Anniversary, the SANTA ROSA (N.E.) WATER DISTRICT (SWRD) personnel together with the members of the Board celebrated a Thanksgiving Mass at the Saint Rose of Lima Parish on October 10, 2015 followed by a Medical and Dental Mission and a simple gathering at the WD office.
